Has Everyone gone to Hawaii?
 

This used to be a very active board but it seems that 'attendance' has dropped off lately. Its probably because I am planning my trip and I am noticing less participation than usual. Where is everyone?

I dearly love Hawaii, but haven't been since 2000--too expensive, and I live on the West Coast! Florida, California aren't quite as great as Hawaii IMO, but sooo much cheaper!

Most likely you're right, every year we slow down during the summer months.

Only the unfortunate ones like myself are still here going to that dreaded 4-letter w-word (WORK) to make money for future trips :)

And just for the record, never been to Hawaii. Maybe that's why I am here, not there?

Just got back from two weeks in Hanalei. Heavenly! Did a whole lot of nuthin' and loved every minute of it.

I just got back yesterday from a week long stay on Oahu, I'll be posting a trip report soon. So awesome!

I'm here counting down the weeks until my next trip...six weeks yet to go... haven't been anywhere since February and am itching to leave town!

We took our second trip to Hawaii in January 2005.

My Hawaiian trips are usually winter ones. And this year I went to Mexico instead.

I just got back from two weeks in Kauai. Loved every minute of it. I am already planning on going back in March.

I'm heading to Oahu at the end of September. I just got the great airfare -- $259.44 (total w/ tax and fees) roundtrip through www.airtohawaii.com!

AnnMarie, We leave in six weeks too. Can't wait.

Trip to Maui for 9 days in the later part of Sept. Everything except golf and restaurants booked.

Hi Kal. We went to Kauai about 4 years ago but we are going again. We will spend 3 nights at the Hale Koa in HNL, 5 nights at Lae Nani (Outrigger) on Kauai and 9 nights at the Ka'anapali Alii. Can't wait.
