HAs anyone been to Glen Ivy Day Spa recently?
My friends and I are looking into visiting Glen Ivy next month and I was looking for any recent experiences there. Or possibly other recommended day spas we should look into. We live in San Diego.
Thank you for your time and have a great weekend.

A bunch of us girls got together last year and visited Glen Ivy. It was nicer than I expected and a really fun experience. If you want a treatment, but can't get an appointment in advance, they do get numerous cancellations and througout the day they will announce available appointments for massage, facials, etc.
I just paid the general admission to use the various pools and clay bath ( a must!). I also recommend paying the $20.00 for The Grotto. It's a very unique moisturizing treatment. Lot's of fun with friends.
The locker rooms are very nice and well-appointed, there are yoga classes, water-aerobics and a place to get a healthy lunch, although we did bring in our own water.
It's definitely worth an all day trip. Very relaxing. Have fun.
