Harbor View Inn Santa Barbara
Are the full ocean view rooms REALLY more spectacular than the partial view? (I live here and don't need to see the beach but this is meant to be a treat for a friend.) I may have to go over the weekend and check it out myself.

If you'd seen both, I'd appreciate your thoughts... thanks!
