Harbor Beach Marriott FLL or Resort at Singer Island?

Has anyone been to either. There are 2 adults/2 kids under 7. Any thoughts would be helpful we're flying into FLL.

Thanks!

Palm Beach/Singer Island is quite a ways north of Fort Lauderdale while the Harbor Beach Marriott is minutes from FLL.

I personally love FLL. What are you looking for?

Palm Beach is more laid back while Fort Lauderdale is more yuppie upscale.

I've stayed at HB Marriott twice. It is a wonderful hotel right on the beach with a great pool for kids. A great family place. I would highly recommend it.

Are you staying at the timeshare portion of the Harbor Beach or the hotel? I stayed in the hotel and enjoyed the property and the beach. I have no feed back on the other property.

Thanks you guys. We would stay at the Hotel for Marriott. The Singer Island Resort looked so nice too but it's hard to say from reviews which is the better property. It's okay that we'd have to drive to Palm Beach. We also looked at Breakers. I guess we are a little more laid back (West coasters!). I'm just having trouble putting this trip together. We got cheap air into FLL but sort of want to see Marathon or Duck Key and Naples (been to both and understand they are in opposite directions but we have 10 days). We need a place to rest upon arrival for two nights and thought that Marriott or Singer looked nice. Might be the Marriott is just a smarter choice being so close, I am glad you guys had a good experience. Anyone stayed at Hawk's Cay? Thank you!
