Hmmmm do you mean in Vegas? I'd repost this with a better title.

Bellagio has an excellent buffet with lots of crab and shrimp....etc Not cheap, but delish

Hope this helps...

I second. Just don't expect good sushi at buffets. Cooked seafood may not be as bad served buffet style, but certainly not sushi.

Todai is actually pretty good, even the sushi. They serve the sushi on the buffet only a few pieces at a time so it does not sit out for a long time.

I heard good things about Todai. Its at the Aladin I believe. Someone told me the crab legs at the Bilagio are great. They are even split open for you. Any other suggestions?

Can't remember the name of the restaurant but it is in the Paris Hotel. Has a great little sushi bar that they do sushi right in front of you..can get dinner items too...sit down tables.
