Giant is a local (Central PA) grocery chain, and they sell discount tickets. Giantpa.com will let you find area stores.

The local AAA does, as well.

If you are staying at the Hershey campground or one of the Hershey hotels, they have discount tickets and supply free transportation to the park, so you don't have to pay for parking. It is quite a good deal. We stayed at the campground and figured out with all the discounts, we were almost camping for free.

Where do you live? Just curious, in Maryland, most of the county parks/recs dept give disounted park tickets to county residences up to 50% depending what county you live in. Thats where we get our hershey and kings dominion tickets. just a lil FYI, you could be CA. hehe
