Thanks for your answers, all of you!! But i still miss 29 states on my list... And i would like to say that you're all welcome in Paris. i would love to leave in the USA and say one day " I'm proud to be american"!! HEY ! the other states, come on!! write me! ;-)

I suppose this is cheating, but it will help you get a welcome from another state. I called my friend in Arkansas to tell her about your post. She is not a Fodorite so she can't post it herself, but she says Arkansas welcomes you.

I'll add another state to your list with my welcome to Maine 
!
Maine is a huge state with many towns whose residents come from the French Canadian provinces and French is spoken !I'm sure your ear would eventually adjust ;-) !
