girls' weekend in NYC
Five of us are getting together for a girls' weekend in NYC. Please give us your recommendations for hotels that are moderately priced in midtown. If the hotel is a suites hotel, that would be a plus. Thanks.

There are tons of answers to similar questions above.
But - if you want useful info
When are you coming?
What do YOU mean by moderate?
Are you trying to put all 5 women in one suite (most NYC hotel rooms are suitable only for 2 adults)?
You might try affinia.com - for a group of modestly priced hotels - but don;t know if any of their suites would hold 5 adults

answers to your questions:
*toward the end of October
*whatever moderate means in NYC-- $300-400??
*would love for all 5 of us to be in one suite but realize that this isn't realistic unless we were to shell out very big $$$.. one suite for three and one room or suite for two would be great
let me know what your recommendations are. Thanks.

jeanned,
We always stay at the Doubletree Suites in Times Square. It's a two room suite with a sofa sleeper. This hotel gets great reviews at tripadvisor.com. The rooms with two double beds are about 480 sq ft. with a large bathroom with two sinks. We got a good price during Memorial Day for $250.00 a night but in October expect it to be higher.
