Girls Weekend Getaway

Looking for a great place in Florida for a girls weekend. Four mid 30's moms, looking to be pampered at a great spa, great beach and pool, good shopping and great restaurants nearby. Not into the club scene, but not too quiet either. Price is not an issue, but would all like to stay in same room.
Thanks.

Have you looked at the Breakers in Palm Beach? I've never stayed there myself, but have heard it's very nice. It's right on the beach, and Palm Beach has some great shopping.

We chose the Diplomat Spa near Hollywood Beach, FL for our girls' trip in March. It's a beautiful facility with great service.

I received very good suggestions when I asked about Ft. Lauderdale area spas on this thread:

Good luck & have fun.

if price were not an issue i would go to the Setai or the Mandarin Oriental in Miami Beach, or to the Four Seasons in Palm Beach.

my friend just stayed there for the weekend (the setai). she said it was competely not worth the price and was sorry she didn't book the shore club next door (that's where some actress stayed- i can't remember her name).

stella, not to split hairs but the Mandarin Oriental isn't in Miami Beach, it is is in Miami. Specifically, Brickell Key which is a very small island in Biscayne Bay just off Miami. Miami Beach is the barrier island on the other side of Biscayne Bay.
