ghost tour
Can I get any advice on the ghost tour in Key West??? Is it worth the $$ or is it pretty hoaky??
How about La Te Da and the drag show. I understand its really hilarious?!? We are four straight couples from Indiana (you figure it out). Would we get a laugh or should we stay clear???

I went to a Key West drag show as part of a group of three straight couples from the midwest. It was a riot for a while, but after an hour the same four impersonators were doing the same thing in different costumes. And we were sitting in the front row. I think the turning point was when a performer kept approaching our (male) friend and touching his legs. The particular venue wasn't our first choice, though I don't recall where we'd initially planned to go. Definitely worth seeing once, though I'd suggest getting a spot in the back in case you want to sneak out ;-)

Hi, we live in Miami Beach but we drive down to Key West at least once a month. We have done the ghost tour before and it was great. I highly recommend it. You have to buy the tickets at the La Concha Hotel - it's on Duval Street. I believe you have to be there about 30 minutes before the tour starts. I think the tour lasts about 1 hour and a half. You will thoroughly enjoy it. Have fun in Key West. You should def. try Alonzo's Oyster Bar for a casual lunch. They have a great lobster sandwich.
