Fun stop with kids near orlando

Please help - I am looking for a stop on our roadtrip from Grandma's at Thanksgiving. We will be stopping at some children's museums on the way down. The kids are 3 and 1.
On the return trip to Chicago we need a place to stop where they can be free to play and explore for just a couple of hours (around 9-10am) and then lunch. Anything near Orlando would be good.
Any suggestions for a good place to play and then somewhere fun and unique to lunch?
Thanks

Where around Orlando? North? South? If you can give an idea of your routing, you'll get suggestions that would be near where you're traveling.

Hi,

Boynton Beach. Your not to far from me I am in Boca Raton.

Well like the first poster said, Downtown Disney is probably your best bet. They have 7 restaurants, from Fulton's Crab House to the Hard Rock Cafe to The Rainforest Cafe. And tons of cool Disney Shops to boot. The largest Disney Store in the world is in Downtown Disney.

Have a great trip.

Downtown Disney----Kids will love the Rain Forest Restaurant. You need to call NOW to make priority seating. They will probably be booked. Please make sure you ask for Downtown Disney ,,because there is one at the Animal Kingdom Park. However, at any Disney restaurant you need to go ahead and make priority seating. The kids would love Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Hotel. Then go and play at Downtown Disney

Thanks for your response. We are going to stop there and I have reservations at Rainforest! There is a Rainforest cafe 15 minutes from where we live, but the kids will love it at the Disney one.
