FUN, Casual Restaurants in Vegas

We're three women celebrating our 40th birthdays in Vegas in early November. I've seen lots of postings about up-scale restaurants in Vegas. Now I want to hear about your favorite fun, casual restaurants. Thanks in advance!

you could always do the hard rock cafe, house of blues, mon ami gabi. all are chains but have reasonable food, lively atmosphere and will make the 40th fun

Check out the restaurants in Dessert Passage mall at the Aladdin. There's a big sushi place that isn't bad at all -- incredible selections of sushi and cooked dishes as well. There were a couple more that we would have tried, but there are only so many places to go eat in that town and you only want to eat three times a day...although you could do a late night meal if you need a fourth...

There are TONS of them! We tried the new Toby Keith's "I Love This Bar & Grill" at Harrah's and it was fun. They give everyone free shots whenever the theme song plays!
Margaritaville was also fun for drinks, but the food was just OK and there were too many kids there one the night we went.
The Nine Fine Irishmen pub and the ESPN Zone in NYNY are fun, too.
Monte Carlo has a good brewpub.

VooDoo Lounge at the Rio has decent food at fair prices in a fun atmosphere, and a rooftop dance/view that is superior to that of the Palms - as the Palms requires a ridiculous wait and $25 cover, AND... the ladies room at the Ghost Bar is tiiiiny.
