Ft. Lauderdale- What to do/Where to eat

Hello,
We're going to Ft. Lauderdale and then to Bahamas (2 days) via Discovery cruise in one week. Please let us know where we should visit around Ft. Lauderdale, good places to eat, and whether it is worth it to extend our stay in Bahamas?
Thanks a lot,
Toni

Try Bimbini Boatyard. Before causeway crossing over to beach area. Also off of A1A on Beach area is Charlie's Crab. Very upscale, both on the water. Sit and watch the yachts pull up.

Toni:
Are you staying in Port Lucaya in the Bahamas? You will definitely NOT want to extend the stay. I would give up the two days in Bahamas and stay in Ft Lauderdale.
