From Mc Carran to NYNY
Hi, we will be arriving in Las Vegas on July 15th, somewhere between 9 and 10 pm, after some 18 hours of travel.
We are a party of 6.
What is the best option to go to our hotel?
Thanks for your help!

You don't say which airport, but I assume JFK. A party of six cannot fit into a single New York City taxi, so you have to take two separate taxis at a cost of $45 plus $5.50 in tolls plus a top of about $10 to $12 for a total of $60 to $65. This is going to cost you a total of about $120 to $130, which works out to about $20 per person, which is a good deal in NYC. It's slightly cheaper to take the airport bus, but by the time you deal with the hassle of getting six people on to your hotel in two taxis, you just don't save any money.
You can also book a car-service van (I like Dial 7 -- 212/777-7777), which will accommodate 6 people, but this is often more than twice the cost of two taxis, depending on the company, even Dial 7 (definitely price this before you choose this option, but it's the best one if you don't want to take regular taxis).
Finally, you could also book through Super Shuttle, Go Airlink, or Grayline, and this will almost certainly put you in a shared-van all by yourselves, so you avoid the worst problem with Super Shuttle .... having to stop at myriad other hotels to let off passengers; however, the price may not be less than the cost of two taxis, so it might not save you any money at all.
Whatever you do, do NOT allow anyone at the airport to convince you to take an unlicensed car service into Manhattan. You'll get ripped off, and the drivers won't have insurance in case something happens. Take only a licensed car service (you reserve in advance and then call once you pick up your bags in baggage claim and then meet the car right outside about 5 minutes later) or a regular NYC yellow taxi. Or one of the licensed van services like Super Shuttle, though I don't normally recommend this company in NYC.

Sorry ... that was stupid of me. I read the post wrong (thought they were flying FROM Las Vegas).
The easiest way is to take a taxi. Most taxis in Las Vegas are vans and will accommodate 6 people. It's not going to be much cheaper to take a shared van service, and there will be a wait to boot. Those are the only two options in LV unless you want to rent a luxury limo.
