The park is blissfully devoid of all cars on Sundays -- open to bikers, skaters, walkers and joggers to safely go anywhere they want.
There are no nearby parking lots/garages, so if you drive to the park, you'll need to prowl the nearby residential areas and hope for a parking space.

Only the main drag is closed to cars on Sunday. You can easily park on perimeter streets, especially if you get there early in the day. Here's a link to a map of the park.

You can park in the Park, not all the roads are closed. If it is a sunny day most of the parking in the Park near the main attractions i.e. Japanese Tea Garden, Stowe Lake will be filled, but you can still find parking if you are willing to walk a bit. If, like today, the fog still hasn't burned off by 2:00 p.m.--parking closer will not be an issue.
