I was looking for that too! What's up with the missing threads lately? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to their editing.

Fodors has gotten so quick on the draw that perhaps there was something political that included offensive language re:CEO's or some such, and they pulled it almost immediately, before most of us would have gotten back to the thread.

didnt see the thread in question, but if something was cut and pasted from another website, that is considered a copywrite infringement, which is probably why it was pulled. Just post a link to the article instead.

I didn't see it but it may well be the "quoting a news source" not the other content. YOu are not allowed to post copyrighted material on here, period. YOu can refer to it in a URL if you want someone to read it, and I'm sure you could quote a word or two, but it sounds very much like you printed more than that. This is clearly mentioned on the front page and is the case on other forums, also. YOu cannot publish other's material, regardless of whether you name them or not, as you don't have their permission to print their material.

It could be something else as I didn't see it, but that could be it.
