I have to agree with ET. I switched over to Firefox about a year ago based on the recommendation of the technology columnist for the Wall Street Journal. It made web surfing so much easier, eliminating all those annoying pop ups, and I also find handy the tabbed browsing, especially when I am researching travel locations. IE has nothing like it.

ET, I appreciate your tip, but I question then why you said in your original post "less popups". Until today I have had NONE on Internet Explorer with my pop up stopper. How can there be less than NONE?

And I don't worry about security breaches with my combination of spysweeper and window washer. Maybe I'll try it, but I don't want to see ANY popups. By the way, I only got that Delta one a couple times today and as many of you will note, I've been here a LOT today. But maybe I can still run my same popup stopper on Firefox?

I can't remember the last time I saw a pop up, but I also run several other programs on my computer. If you do try Firefox, why don't you report back on what you think of it.

At least it isn't the big drooling scary dog that used to hover over us.

That was scary.
