While on the east side of the island I'd build in a little time to explore that area. There is some truly amazing scenery along the coastline, tidepool snorkeling, and a park with a volcanically heated natural swimming pool. Maybe Thursday morning you can take a drive around there before you go to the west side.
Also, while in Oahu, you can do both Diamond Head and the North Shore. Pearl Harbor won't take all day. If you do the Diamond Head hike, start early as it gets HOT quickly in the day. You may want to visit Lanikai for the amazing powdered sugar beach.
Otherwise--sounds good to me.

That would be Ahalanui, and be sure to shower off when leaving.
