Ahhh Emily, you make an Ohioan smile with your statement about a Big Boy. But what about those big, chocolate sauce, ice cream, brownie things for desert.....And their chili......Am I hurting you yet? <grin>.

Does a Lucky Dog in New Orleans count as "fast food"?

Oregon/Washington residents get the treat of Burgerville. I miss getting the double cheeseburgers there, especially since they used Tillamook cheese for them. Also a second for Tillamook Creameries, scrumptious.

Portillo's in Chicago. Love that Italian beef.

Steak-n-Shake in the Midwest. Double steak burger and fries with a hand dipped chocolate shake.

And In-n-Out in the west is killer. Yum!

In the South, I love Bojangles! They have wonderful chicken and spicy potato wedges. Buffalo bites and the biscuits!! Yum!

All my non-Southern friends LOVE Bojangles and say how much they miss it when they aren't in the South anymore!

I sure miss Kelly's in the Boston area. The roast beef sandwiches there are the best ever. They also do Lobster rolls and clam rolls, but the roast beef is amazing. Everytime I head home, the first place I stop is Kelly's.

There's a loose meat sandwich chain in Illinois called Maid-Rite. And, no, these are not sloppy joe's with the rich red sause in it. Wonderful.

Also, Happy Joe's pizza in the midwest.

Gotta love In-N-Out when I travel to the left coast!

Oh yeah I love Furburger, and Happy Joes, always love getting a nice slice whenever I'm in the midwest. If you like Asian I suggest Poon Tang.

Whataburger in Oklahoma
Chipotle Burritos(various locations US)
Krispy Kreme (everywhere now)
Anna's Taqueria (boston)

Anna's and Chipotle in particular I prefer over some non fast food more prestigious restaurants. I'll take an Anna's Taqueria carnitas burrito($3.50) anyday over Todd English's Olive's($80) anyday!
