JUST RETURNED FROM THE ATLANTIS HOTEL IN THE BAHAMAS WITH OUR 5 CHILDREN AGES 14 TO 4. THERE WAS SOMETHING FOR ALL OF US AND THE CHILDREN LOVED THE POOL. LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE FOR NEXT YEAR THAT IS SIMILAR TO THE ATLANTIS, NICE HOTEL , WONDERFUL BEACH AND FANTASTIC POOL, NO CASINO NEEDED. ANY SUGGESTIONS

Look at the Grand Wailea on Maui in Hawaii. Fabulous!! Much better than Atlantis.

There are dozens of AI resorts in the mayan riviera section of mexico that are similar.

Are you looking for similar in the US or anywhere?

What is an Al resort? I would love to stay in the US but am open to looking elsewhere.

I will second the recommendation of the Grand Wailea. It has all the things you're looking for.

I was there when I was 10, and absolutely loved the pools and beach. Lots of waterslides, rope swing, water elevator, it was great. Also has a part of the pool that has a zero-entry point with sand, like a beach, so you have that option too for the littler ones.
