I could really use your help if you know a few things about exchange programs.
thanks in advance.

have you talked to your sponsors in the US to help you fill in the missing information?

Your question is much too broad for us to be able to answer.
There are LOTS of exchange programs, and they are not all alike in requirements or paper work.

If you are a teenager, please ask your parents to find out how host families are screened. We hosted a pack of students from Spain and at another time teenage football (US soccer) players from outside London. Neither time were we screened very well. They did not even do a criminal background check on us.

The organization that is running the exchange program should provide you with all of the information that you need - or a connection to your sponsor family who would hve to give the specific information on their neighborhood and school district.

(In the US all schools up through high school are run locally, by each town. The Federal gov't has nothing to do with them.)
