Drive time from Yosemite to Monterey?

Drive time from Yosemite to Monterey?
I will be staying in Mariposa (I think about 35 miles SW of Yosemite valley). How long will it take me to drive to downtown Monterey? I've heard anywhere between 3 1/2 hrs to 6 hours. What is realistic? (Stops not included.) We'll be leaving on a Wednesday morning in late June.

Since you will be leaving on a Wednesday morning, traffic wont be an issue at all, so 3.5 hours sounds about right to me too. If you were travelling on a weekend, esspecially a Sunday, it could take a lot longer due to traffic.
