OK, Booked at the Riverside coming home. Thanks so much. May not do the boats - we'll see, but we want to hurry back to be able to show my daughter Stanford - she really wants to see it.

One more night to book - Fortuna - (and we're leaving tomorrow AM!)

Any food recommedations coming in tonight will be read and appreciated!

Thanks to all of you. You've been great!

I've stayed at the Mill - not bad considering it's attached to the biggest casino on the Oregon coast - built inside a former lumber mill.

Stop for dinner down by the harbor in Bandon - more interesting places than in CB.

I guess I'm not so cheap after all - I couldn't stand the thought of Fortuna - the Best Western overlooks the freeway - so I booked the Victorian in Ferndale after all. My daughter thought it was cute - my son had no comment! This one's for me. I love the idea that the Majestic was filmed in Ferndale.

The restaurant, Rafters at the Riverside Inn is very good for dinner. Sit outside on their large deck overlooking the majestic Rogue River. You should do the jet boats, it's a lot of fun and when we didn't get to do the last trip I was so envious of everyone laughing and taking pictuers and leaving with their towels and hats.

I've done the trip many times and enjoy just the same each time we get to go. The Quick N' Scenic leaves at 8:45 and returns at 11:00. If you ask the front desk, they will extend your check out time until 11:30 if you tell them you're taking a tour. Are you staying in the newly remodeled Lodge Rooms? ***kim***
