Make new friends and keep the old,
One is silver and the other gold.

My answer to the original questions is "Yes."

Each trip I try to see something old I know I will enjoy and also something new to me. This year, the new was the ferry trip along the Inside Passage from Prince Rupert to Port Hardy. Not what I expected.

On the other hand, we visited Wales and I loved it.

I'm one of those people who keep returning to Key West. At least once a year. This year we were there for Labor Day (last minute trip) and will be returning for Thanksgiving, the next time with our adult children. We also try and go to New Orleans once a year. So far this year we've been to Belize twice. We do try and visit at least one new destination every year. This past year it was Grenada, in January it will be two weeks in Panama.

Despite all this travel, I'm embarrassed to say that I've never been to Europe. I think it's partially because we don't travel much in the spring/summer and I'm anxious to head to the tropics when we do go. Jean
