Thanks, Melissa! Not sure where to even begin! Hopefully can try out at least one or two of the places listed in your lengthy link to Oahu food. For sure a shrimp truck on the north shore!

I thought I would re-up this to show you a spot in Waikiki that locals also eat at. I just did a review and have been back to this place 3 times. Yumtastic!

The guy is just 32 years old and he's done it all--he's an international media personality, a surfer, and has sailed on the escort crew for the Hokule'a Worldwide Voyage. And now, he owns a little eatery in Waikiki. I think his life story is way more interesting, but the food is good, too!
