hotels.com does not answer the phone, doesn't respond, they put you on hold for hours then hang up on you so you start over, then repeats... can't get confirmation's, hotels don't have records from hotel.com... all screwed up.. DO NOT USE THESE JERKS..... maybe that will get them to answer the phone with a LIVE PERSON...

Is anyone else experiencing problems logging on to Hotels.com website. I have had no luck logging on for at least a week.
