Dinner/Drinks before Morton Myerson - Dallas

Taking my husband to a concert there for his birthday. The event starts at 8pm, so I'd like to have drinks/light dinner maybe somewhere close by. Due to kid issues, we don't get to out out much, so I'd like somewhere nice/elegant. Someone suggested the bar at Hotel Zaza called Dragonfly. Any other suggestions close to the Myerson?

Zaza is a lot of fun, but the new Ritz Carlton is much more elegant in my opinion. Fearing's at the Ritz is ideal for a special occasion meal. Stephan Pyles is great too, and even closer to the Myerson I believe. For upscale Italian, Bice at the Crescent would be a good choice.

Thanks Becky. I like the atmosphere at the Crescent so I will look into Bice.

I had forgotten that the Ritz had opened. Is there a nice, trendy bar at the Ritz we can check out too?

Wow Becky - the Steven Pyles place looks great. Great link. I think that is the ticket. It has a ceviche and tapas bar, we'll feel like such grown ups. Thank you so much for helping me out! This is just what I was looking for.

Great! The ceviches are amazing. For future reference, the Ritz has the "Rattlesnake Bar" that is nice or an outdoor lounge are in garden as well. Have a fun evening out!
