The closest I can think of is Baxter's, on the Hyannis Yarmouth border.
Fun to watch the boats come in and out of Hyannis Harbor.
If you want to go further down the Cape, can give you more suggestions.

1)Tugboats near Hyannis Harbor.
2)Red Rose Inn (great for breakfast, also open for dinner but I have never been there in evening) at the end of Berry Ave in West Yarmouth.
3)The Raw Bar on Ocean Street in Hyannis (just opened...the largest lobster roll you ever did see, will cost you $25 though---but it is HUGE, DELICIOUS, and easily 2 meals).

Baxter's and Tugboats suggested by previous posters are both outstanding. A little further East is the Lighthouse Inn next to West Dennis Beach.
Sesuit Harbor Cafe, located on the channel between Sesuit Harbor and Cape Cod Bay has great food and is lots of fun watching the boats go back and forth.

Here are a few more in Hyannis:
The Dockside on South Street across from the Steamship parking lot. Spanky's Clam Shack at Ocean Street docks. Trader Ed's (hard to find but follow signs to Tugboats).
How far will you go?
Brax Landing Harwichport.
Queen Anne Inn Chatham
Chatham Bars Inn Beach Club.
Wequassett Inn Beachhouse Chatham.
Orleans Inn.

In addition to all those suggestions, in S. Yarmouth there is the Skipper on South Shore Drive across from the beach, Skippy's Pier 1 on Parker's River. Just over the River in West Dennis is Sundancers and Compas Rose Sea Shanty (Overlooking the Bass River Marina)
