Daytrip suggestions in NJ/PA/NY

I live in central NJ. I will be 4 months pregnant in April-May. Can someone suggest ideas for a daytrip within NJ/PA/NY around April/May/June?

We are not very interested in museums or hiking.
Thanks

Atlantic City (if you're a gambler)

and the ultimate day trip:

Both Batsto and Allaire State Parks have old restored villages which are interesting...since you don't like museums, I'm not quite sure about that.
Have you ever been to Duke Gardens?

They are really quite lovely.

If you're into gardens, (enroute to Lancaster/Amish country) there's Longwood Gardens and Winterthur.

We have already been to longwood Gardens, Grounds for Sculpture, NYC, Philly, Atlantic city.

Based on your suggestions Cape May, Duke Gardens and Winterthur sound interesting.
Thanks!
