Bahama House, or the Holiday Inn Resort Oceanfront if you can swing $319 per night. Shoreline all-suites gets good reviews at $250 per night though I've never heard of it before nor do I remember seeing it.
Daytona Dream Inn gets pretty good reviews for a budget property but runs $180 per night that weekend.

That is one of the busiest weekends of the year in Daytona prices will be high and probably have minimum number of nights you can stay.
