Dave. have stayed at the Mont Carlo Hotel twice. In a great location, next door to New York New York. The hotel is lovly, nice restaurants and does not get too much foot traffic since it does not have any special draw. Has a nice brewery, rooms are also very nice. Good deal for the money. Have fun.

The Monte Carlo is where I always stay when I visit Las Vegas - about 3-4 times per year. I like the fact that it is not as huge as MGM, not as filled with children as Excalibur, and the rooms are much larger than NYNY. I find the staff very gracious and helpful, the restaurants good, and since it is reasonably new, it is not worn. It's my preference in LV.

Can anyone provide information about pool or grounds here? Also, how about restaurants?

No doubt the Monte Carlo is splendid. It is light, open versus the dark, smoky casino. The pool area is very relaxing for adults and kids. They have a fun wave pool you can enjoy. Also they have several other pools to enjoy. I like the tropical theme. If yo want to high dive--forget it! Also, be sure and see Lance Burton, the magician, in the Monte Carlo Casino. They have live music in the Brewery and great beer. It is always our choice......

I have stayed at Monte Carlo twice-love it. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and nice pool. The rooms were spacious and clean. We ate breakfast at the buffet-very good, dinner at Blackstone Steakhouse-great food&service, Monte Carlo Brewery Pub-fun place with atmosphere-beer&food are good and ate lunch at The Market Place(?)for italian food-very good food and service.Hopes this helps.
