Dance of th eVampires closing before my ticket date?

I just saw on Playbill.com that "Dance of the Vampires "is closing Jan 26th. I have tickets for the Feb 3rd performance. Will I get a refund or am I just out the money? I've never had this happen before.

The play is showing in many cities in the US. Playbill may not have been referring to the city in which you are seeing the play. Call the theatre you are scheduled to see it at and ask.

This show closes on Broadway on January 25th. You should contact the Minskoff Theater or the broker that you bought the tickets from concerning getting a refund. Not sure what Nancy is talking about, but the announcements state that there are no plans for any touring companies or regional productions of the show at this time.

Hi Edna, no you are not out the money for the tickets. Do not call the Minskoff; call telecharge and they will credit your credit card for the tickets, and the telecharge charges - the only thing you will lose is the $3 service fee. I had 4 tickets for March and received my refund they same day I called telecharge - no problem.

Thanks - that's a relief to know I can get my money back. I bought my tickets at the box office so I am assuming that is who I sould contact re a refund.

Edna, you will get your refund, but I'm not sure how. I would call Telecharge and explain your situation. I think they'll be able to give you an answer. If the agent you talk to can't, ask for his/her supervisor.

Edna contact the place where you bought your tickets for a refund. In this case it would be the Box Office. Telecharge won't be of much help if you didn't buy the tickets from them.
