Glad you had a good trip! My husband really likes Mi Cocina - I have not really "loved" it. There are sprinkles in many areas of the country (in case you are interested) 
I know we had them in Southern California.

Thinking that Dallas in a day and looking for shopping centers isn't the way to visit . . . But I'd agree you should come back and stay for a bit.
Good to know the Cowpatties lost when you were here. Dang Cow fans are completely intolerable when they win. If you bring bad luck, I'd consider buying you season tickets.
