Old Lahaina Luau ends after 9:00 p.m., as I recall. If your bike trip down Haleakala includes a view of sunrise preceded by an early morning pick-up at your hotel (some companies start at 3:00 a.m., depending on the location of your hotel) you may suffer from sleep deprivation between days 3 and 4.

Maybe it's just me, but after the hectic wedding, you've got quite a hectic schedule to start off your honeymoon - you don't allow time to "relax" until Day 7! IMO you might want to consider moving that day up a few so you can catch your breath and "relax" after your wedding and the flight to Hawaii. Congratulations on your impending weding.

For day 10, try to see some of the Puna district sights, really great, almost no tourists.
Is your stargazing tour up to Mauna Kea? I took one out of Hilo that was much cheaper than another I had seen from Kona.
No snorkeling on the Kona coast?

We did Maui & Oahu for our HM last fall so here's my 2 cents based on that:
Definitely move up the relax day on day 7 to day 4. The time change is a killer if you're not from the west coast & the bike tour will get you out of bed EARLY. The road to hana is a long day too.
If the snorkeling tour also gets you up early, i'd rearrange this way -
days 1-3 same
day 4 relax
day 5 haleakala
day 6 snorkeling (i assume you'd have some down time after the trip)
day 7 road to hana (make reservations for mama's fish house too!)

WAY too busy. In Oahu, are you going to spend any time in Waikiki Beach? You have got to spend a day there, then have a drink at sunset at the Royal Hawaiian. And what about relaxing on the beach in Maui? Spending time in Kaanapali? I say skip Lanai. You are doing too many tours. Relax on the beach!

I agree with the other posts -- not enough relaxation and too much traveling for a 15-day trip.
Personally I'd fly directly into Maui and forget about Oahu. 1 week in Maui and 8 days on the Big Island. And the snorkeling tour to Lanai is redundant, you'll find way better snorkeling on the BI (check out the waters near the Mauna Kea Hotel -- manta rays, turtles, dolphins etc).

I think you'll enjoy snorkeling off Lana'i. It has some of the clearest, stillest waters in which I've snorkeled, and abundant sea life. The waters are home to vast numbers of spinner, bottlenose and spotted dolphins, reportedly among the largest populations (of spinners) in the world. And, the trip over from Lahaina is relaxing. I didn't witness anyone being asked to row. The excursion we took, through Pacific Whale Foundation, lasted six hours. It also appears that you have an interest in history. Wouldn't skip Pearl Harbor for anything. We also made a stop on Oahu for a day solely to take a tour, and were quite glad we did. Very moving.

The first time my husband brought me here to Maui I wanted to do everything. We did the OLL the first night. It set the stage for me, getting me into a Hawaiian mood. Then we did sunrise at Haleakala the next morning and rode down. It was no problem, and we were glad we did it early in the trip, while we were still on Pacific time. It was no different than a usual work day for me, going to bed around 11:30 pst, getting up at 5 am pst. It was very doable. And you will have all day to relax after the bike ride, especially if you do an escorted tour. They get you down the volcano quickly. If you are going unescorted, well you can relax all the way down, stopping to play or just sit and admire the views. Just don't drink too many mai tais at the luau!
