crepes/fondue in new york

I'm looking for either a great crepe restaurant or great fondue place in manhattan. we are taking two ten year olds for one of their birthdays. thanks!

You might try La Bonne Soupe for fondue. A more grown-up suggestion would be Artisanal.

Mont Blanc on 48th -- fondue is what they do!

I so miss La Fondue which used to be across the street from La Bonne Soupe. I also miss La Crepe which was another favorite. Why these places left i'll never understand! I will try your suggestions and if there are any others please let me know. thanks!

Fondue? How about going some place for just a regular lunch, and then going to Max Brenner, Chocolate by the Bald Guy at Union Square. The chocolate fondue is outrageous and kids that age seem to really have a ball there.

Ooops. I can't believe I didn't think of Artisinal -- the epitome of a great cheese restaurant.

Although a place like Mont Blanc is probably more "family -- kid friendly".
