I thought most cranberry bogs were in the county, (Washington county.) It's way north of the coast. But, here's someplace with self guided bog tours in Turner:

There are a few cranberry producers in Maine, but its really southern Mass/Cape Cod that's famous for cranberries. I've bought wild cranberries at our Portland farmer's market, but never heard of a farm open to visitors so your question interested me. Go to www.getrealmaine.com, its part of the Maine Dept. of Agriculture website. Click on "Buy" and then Farmstands, etc. Search for Berries in Washington County and you'll get a list of businesses, some of which specify cranberries. Washington County is on the coast, but is the furthest "Downeast" you can get in the US. FYI - I don;t know where you're coming in Maine, but Washington County would be approx. 4 to 5 hours drive from Portland.
