Conway Scenic Railroad
Hi,

Any recommendations on the Conway Scenic Railroad. We are thinking of booking the short round trip to Bartlett. Do you get a good view of the scenery when on the train?

I would only do it if I loved trains. There are some nice views, but nothing you can't get from a ride in your car. I think it was pretty hot, and a lot of exhaust smell. For me it was a snooze.

I wouldn't recommend the short ride. But, the long ride through Crawford Notch is amazing! (And, you can't drive the same route.) We pre-ordered box lunches and they were actually very good.
