Condo Rentals in Florida

I'm looking for a close enough to a beach 3 month rental starting dec 15 for Florida, Palm Beach or Delray area; are there websites or agencies specializing in this, I can't seem to find anything.

You can probably check redweek.com although some places list nightly rates, often enough when you are upfront with the owner they cut deals and give you monthly rates. You can also check www.cyberrentals.com, the most most used way is craigslist.org

www.vacationrentals.com has tons of listings. Also look at the classified sections of the local newspapers of the areas you are interested in. Three month rentals in season shouldn't be too hard to find.

Try the local papers Real Estate ads. Many Realtors are also property managers and would have homes/condos for rent during season.

While I'm a big fan of VRBO, for a three month height of season rental, I'd really contact a couple good realtors in the area. Most VRBO owners will not discount their usual weekly rates to make it a worthwhile three month rental. And many people wanting to get a three month rental do not advertise or deal with it themselves, they turn it over to a rental department of a good realtor. Or at least that is true here in Naples.
