condo on gulf coast

Can anybody recommend a really nice condo/apartment on the gulf coast, St. Petes, Clearwater, Maderia Beach, Treasure
Island or anywhere in that area. We need
2 bedrooms with the use of a pool and possibly a bbq. thanks

Hi
Depending on what you are looking for in cost, nerby facilities etc, I can strongly recomend the 2 following.
Limetree Beach Resort Lido Key Sarasota, which is classy and expensive, or a more down to earth but spotlesly clean and still very good The Sea Chest at Treasure Island.
We return to both of these time and time agagin.
Regards

Check out Siesta Key's Chamber of Commerce web site (siestakeychamber.com). They list several condos on Siesta. We've been several times and love it.

Bill-Regarding the Sea Chest Motel in Treasure Island--Is it within walking distance of restaurants, etc? Also is it fairly new or at least updated? I can't tell these things by their web pictures. Any other suggestions for places on the beach in this area?

The poster who said Isla del Sol is ON water is technically correct, but should anyone be interested in that property, be forewarned. It is NOT on the Gulf, but on Boca Ciega Bay. If you want to walk the beach and swim in the Gulf, then you'll be getting in your car to do it.
