How much do you pay for a subscription to this magazine. i just bought one from some college kid for $40 bucks... 2 years... reasonable?

some of the school/college subscription places will refund the amount if you can show them easily available lower rates. Look at www.pch.com (Publisher's Clearing House) or www.bn.com to see and print out proof of lower rates ( I paid $12.00/year too)

Where on the Web did you get a price of $2.95? On the Conde Nast site, the only options I see for a new subscription are $12 for one year and $20 for two years. Thanks!
