Don't know how much this post will help but I just came back from visiting Colorado and fell in love with University of Colorado at Boulder campus and Boulder period. I took a ton of photos of the campus 'cause I just lost loved it and can send you some if you like. When I came back to work, one of the young, new guys that I work with saw me wearing my U of Co t-shirt and told me that he had gone to Colorade State University in Ft. Collins and loved it so much he wishes he had stayed there to live instead of returning to NY where we live. I am planning on going to check out Ft. Collins during a return trip to CO. I was born in CO and am seriously considering moving back there when I retire. It is gorgeous!!

Hi again Betsy! Thanks for the update, your daughter must be so excited!!! We are hoping to visit DU in February. We are also going to look at Westminster in Utah. Hopefully we will be able to do this all within a week and a half. We live in MA, about an hour south of Boston, 20 minutes from Cape Cod. Do you know the area?
BillJ,
Thanks for the post. I know, I am afraid that if my son does go to college out west, he may never want to move back here again, but, luckily I love to travel!!!!
Aremorra,
Thanks for responding!!! We are planning on visiting University of Colorado in Boulder also!! We've looked at the website and watched the terrific virtual tour of the campus and Boulder. My son is very excited to do a college visit here, and so am I!!
