If you are talking about the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal in Orlando, I have been there. We were upgraded to club level and loved it. The lounge had breakfast in the morning, appetizers in the late afternoon, and snacks after dinner. Beer and wine for free, and bottled water to take to the parks.

There were also CDs to borrow, and the rooms had good stereos to play them on.

The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas is very nice, but away from the strip. We stayed in the club level and it was cool but we prefer TI or Bellagio. Have fun Las Vegas is great!
