Closest Ski Lodge to Williamsburg, VA
My daughter is in the Army at Fort Eustis, VA and we thought it might be fun to have a family reunion at a ski resort in Virginia or West Virginia. (Not that any of us ski!) Any suggestions?

The closest ski resort to you will be Wintergreen Resort in Virginia. The resort area has lots of lodging options, from lodge rooms to large homes. It's not exactly world-class skiing, but it would be a good place for beginners.

Wintergreen is nice and I'd agree with Devonmcj that it would be a good pick for beginners. You would be skiing, right?
Massanutten is not too far away either.. that's an option. http://www.massresort.com/
For better skiing and a bigger resort feel, you could check out Snowshoe in West Virginia though that's a hefty drive from the Williamsburg area (probably around five hours I would guess).
