Hi I'm planning on travelling to Clearwater in mid May for 1 week and would love to hear from anyone who has stayed at the Clearwater Hostel whether they would recommend it or? Also since I'm on a budget I would appreciate any budget minded recommendations for things to do and see and places to eat. Cheers

Perhaps I'm out of the loop, but I live in the area, my husband runs a Tampa hotel, yet I've never heard of the Clearwater Hostel. Where is it?

You might find some good prices via Priceline as well.

I've not stayed in Clearwater, but the HI/AYH facilities I have stayed in (NY, Boston, Littleton-MA, VaBeach) have always been good - an excellent deal. As is the $120 round-trip to Cancun I see on that hostel's webpage. Please post your findings afterwards should you stay there, daydreamtraveller.
