Chicago taxis accept AmEx?

Chicago taxis accept AmEx?
I'll be flying into O'hare tomorrow on a business trip. Does anyone know if the taxis there accept American Express? Thanks!

Possibly but doubt it. Some do take Mastercard and Visa (not sure about Amex). You'll probably have to wait as most cabs won't take them. Hit the atm in the airport.

I was able to use my AMEX on the cab ride from OHare into downtown Chicago ... just inquire at the taxi stand at the airport and they will be able to get you a cab that will take AMEX.
