Chicago on Sunday?

Wondering if all the "sights" would be open on Sundays? Water Tower, Hancock, stores on Mag. Mile, Navy Pier etc. Looks like it's going to be a Sunday/Monday visit for us. May 22-23. Will cruises be going then too? Thanks.

Everything will be open and the cruises will be running. You may want to reserve a cruise in advance though depending on what cruise you want to take. The architecture cruise is very popular.

Not only are they running but they have a bunch extra.

For instance this weekend there are two Art Shows going on. One in Grant Park and one at Navy Pier. The entire middle of the newspaper detailed pictures. Looks like some wild stuff. I prefer the Art Institute myself.

But by end of May- trolleys etc. will all be going. Yes definitely make reservations for all you can.

What happens if you make a reservation and it's pouring rain? Are you stuck with it? For example, could I make a reservation for Sunday and then cancel/change to Monday if it's raining?
