Cheyenne Frontier Days--Parking and Shuttle Questions

We will be staying in Loveland, CO for two days of Frontier Days.

While we're familier with I-25, Cheyenne, etc we have never been in Cheyenne for this event. I have tickets for two concerts (Miranda Lambert one night; Sugarland the next) plus a day of rodeo, so we're set that way. I had assumed that we'd do the Park-n-Ride area every day, but I am wondering if there is transportation between Frontier Park and downtown Cheyenne. I'd like to see the downtown parade, and I would hate to park the car twice while we are there.

Any information? Some of the links are broken on the Cheyenne Frontier Days site, but again, I think know where the Park-n-Ride lot is. I'm just wondering if there's a shuttle between town and Frontier Park.

Thanks.

We did Frontier Days a couple of years ago and didn't use the park and ride. We just found a spot on a side street and walked. My mom who lives in Cheyenne always uses the park and ride ( she isn't able to walk far). For the parade we just got downtown real early and parked also on a side street and walked, no problem.
Try this link, there is a parade route map so you can see where you might want to park.

Christine--Thank you so much. Your link and your experience helped quite a bit. It's funny--I thought I had tested a zillion links on the cfdrodeo.com website, yet I totally missed this one.

You're very welcome! I'm pretty sure we watched the parade from around the corner of Carey and 17th, there was a bookstore nearby that served coffee and food which came in very handy as we got there fairly early.
Have a great time!!
