Chester, CN

I need to go from New York City to Chester, CN. Is there a train or bus? Also, would appreciate the name of any hotel in the area.

We have only been there once and that was by car. Seemingly the best route is to take AMTRAK to Old Sayville and then get a cab.

That would be Amtrack to Old Saybrook then cab. I don,t know of any hotels but maybe a b&b. It is a cute town.

You could take Amtrak to Old Saybrook or Metro North to New Haven and then Shoreline East (watch connection times though) and then Uber / can to Chester. I cannot think of any hotels in that area though.

The abbreviation for Connecticut is CT.
