Is Fox a reputable company? Have read some negatives responses about them. We are going to Phoenix in May and they have the best rates but am rather nervous about renting throught them.

I have never dealt with Fox, however,
I have heard positive comments.
As long as you have your confirmation with the rates etc you should not have any problems.

You can always confirm with them your reservation and rates prior to leaving for Phoenix. I always do this in order to make sure we are all on the same wave length.

Has anyone ever rented from "Firefly Car Rental" at PHX airport? I am also considering Payless, but found a better rate through Firefly (which I understand is the budget rental thru Hertz).
