Charleston area shopping

We'll be in Charleston for 2-1/2 days. We get there about once a year,so are quite familiar with most of the shop in the downtown area, but are wondering if there are any interesting home accessory shops outside of the downtown that are worth making a trip to, or new shops in downtown (opened within the last year). Thanks.

There's a neat shopping area in the Isle of Palms area.

The newest shopping complex is the outlet center on International Drive adjacent to the airport. Usual outlets but new and spiffy.

The best shopping in town is still on King Street.

Be sure to check upper King Steet (north of Cahoun). This is the "design district" with a lot of, although pricey, housewares, furniture and accesory shops.
